Hi, my name is Steve and I'm going to be doing isometrics and Supreme 90 at first. I did P90X previously, and Supreme 90 makes you buy an additional abs routine. I'm not going to buy the S90 abs, but choose from the abs selections on sparkpeople, about 3x per week. I've had a spate of exercise-related injuries the past 6 months, so I'm a little out of it, but eager to get back. Have a great day!
