You are way ahead of me as well. I just finished my third week of PT with the goal of serious strength training and training my body how to maintain balance again. I can see huge improvements but I am a long way from where I need to be.
I am having a pacemaker installed next Tuesday so I will restart the PT after my cardio gives me the green light.
I started a video work out in January. It really kicked my backside for a couple of months. Now I do that one (57 minutes) and add on 25 minute ab workout. I would have never dreamed I would have this much stamina....yes I like the home workout!!!!

the power of body weight only exercise. Yesterday I had a 7:00 church meeting. Instead of going to the gym, back to the office, then to church, I just changed into my exercise clothes at work and did a Tabata workout at the office.
my glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves, triceps are all REALLY sore.
the power of a good home workout...mine might not be as intense as some, and im only slowly introducing some new stuff. but, today i did 180 squats, with 10 lb dumbbells in hand and broke it up into sets of 30 each, allowing time to breath, then start again...followed by crunches and dumbbells and stretch bands, sure my workout was only 25 minutes, but it was great.... i feel good, endorphins running rampant...oh how i love it!!! what if your "never underestimate"....share if you care....
