I too, am trying again. I blame my failures on my travels, but I know that it really is my lack of determination and or motivation. I plan on sticking with it this time.

Hi again, I just thought I would mention too that you can get more info on what to do next by clicking on MY TRACKERS and scrolling down about half way on the page and see that box where it says GETTING STARTED GUIDE, which is right below Personalized programs on the left....

So there are several steps that will help you get started.

And do write again if there is anything you can't find or figure out, because someone will write you back and help find it.

All the best to you, as you begin ... emoticon

Hi there,
To answer your question, The Spark is a book written by the founder of SparkPeople, Chris Downie, and how he started and the basic motivation to change ones lifestyle... but in a lot clearer ways than I am doing explaining it.

I just found the link here at SparkPeople for you to take a look at it,

I so appreciate what Chris has done, all for free for us using it.
I hope you are energized by the support and resources here. I am learning my way around here too, but every step I increase my success.

Started reading The Spark again, where I left off then backed up and refreshed my memory..
Good things are beginning to happen. I am a little intimidated by all the things available here and navigating it all, but I am more than encouraged by the help and inspiration at this site.

I have a lot to learn and do so I can succeed. :)
