I have a similar situation at work. I bring my own snacks. Baby carrots, Special K snacks, fruit like peaches and apples, anything that I can eat that will keep me away from the donuts. I also pack my own lunch, sometimes with leftovers and sometimes frozen dinners or easy-to-prepare soups. Those are not the best, but they're better than McDonald's!
