Hi and welcome back. So glad you are here to make a change! Get re-familiar with everything here, make a sparkepage and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like interests/hobbies or type in the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey!

Hi there. I thought I'd start here. Actually I'm starting again. I used Sparkpeople and lost a lot of weight with it close to 10 years ago. Since then I've gotten married and given birth to 3 wonderful children. Pregnancy and life have not been good to my weight and I am again finding myself obese and longing for the energy I would have if I was at a healthy weight. My children need a mother who isn't winded when she walks up the stairs and who can run and play with them. I am going to do this again, and this time the weight is going to stay off.
