First of all,. talk to your doctor or physical therapist about exercise. Then, modify any routine that looks interesting to you to fit the limitations of your knee, making sure to you low impact exercise. Resistance bands are great and when I had my knee surgery for the torn meniscus, they had me working with them, starting with the lightest resistance.

hey guys new to this im 6'2 48 yrs old very moderate exercise my question is this one i have resistant bands and i also have a torn right knee meniscus im trying to find or develope a workout routine around my knee any suggestions getting in a pool would help
