I agree with you 100%! And I find that my biggest issue was simply not believing in myself! I kept looking back and I kept doubting myself and I would emotionally eat because of past failed attempts! Well no more looking back! I'm going to trust God and move forward! You should too!
Hi, I'm new (tried SP 6 yrs ago very briefly)- been trying to do it all on my own, and I've got the exercise part going (Zumba, weight lifting 3-4x/week), but I emotionally eat, binge eat, overeat-just overstressed and lack control!! I'm hoping trying the coaching here and maybe try a challenge or two will help me stay on track, and am trying to recommit to tracking my food-but I get down on myself when I screw up and then just eat whatever. Arghh! I'm 45 yrs old, three kids, full time job-it's crazy! Cathy
