KNow that there are people out there that can be motivated by you. Me for instance.:) I was just sitting here on the computer, when I saw your post it was comforting to see that others sometimes lack motivation, too. Now, I am going to log out and go do some yoga. Thanks for reminding us that we are all human and sometimes need a little push from others. (This is my little push for you. Drink a big glass of water and take a long walk. You know you are worth it.:)
Turn on some motivating music and run in place for five minutes to get your adrenaline going and then run out the door! Forced motivation....I do it everyday!

Bribe yourself. Go out for that walk and when you get home, give yourself a non-food reward.

Do you have a calendar or appointment book ? How about scheduling a daily 30 minute walk ? You may find it motivating to do something if you "schedule" that something. You don't have to do a lot to start a regular exercise program. Why not start with a daily 30 minute walk ? There are Spark members who will tell you how they lost 100+ pounds just by walking and watching what they ate.
You can't keep procrastinating. At some point, you really do have to motivate your own butt to get moving.

i tend to say ima go for a walk or ima go do this but thn i dont... i need motivation or a friend to go workout with any suggestions or anything...let me know
