I know of a channel on YouTube, and he also has a website, called 'michael kory fitness'. High protein, low carb meals and snacks which look easy and quick to prepare. I have not tried any of the recipes but mainly as some of the ingredients are hard to come by where I live.

How about a Greek yogurt and fruit smoothie
lowfat cottage cheese and fruit or veggies
1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat
hummus and veggies

Does any one have a good website for high protein lower calorie snacks. I do great during the day but in the evening I get hungry- I would like some high protein snacks to eat then and also between my regular meals. Preferably something organic emoticon
