My family loves this recipe:

BLACKSTRAP PORK CHOPS

1/3 c molasses
3 Tablespoons Steak Sauce (such as A-1)
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Allspice
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
4 (6 ounces) center-cut pork loin chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Cooking Spray

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes on each side. Pour molasses mixture over pork; cook 2 minutes, or until chops are done.

I often use it in savoury dishes that a hint of sweetness, or even just enough to cut the acidity of a lot of tomatoes, the molasses benefits.

I've used it in chili, curry, paprikash... all sorts of dishes.

I am having some trouble getting enough calcium, and blackstrap molasses is really good for you for many things,I would like to get more into my meal plan but I only have one drink recipe.Does anyone have any other recipes that have it in? It doesn't have to be a drink it can be anything. Thanks
