I don't know what TDEE is but as an overweight woman on here and following this plan, my range is 1200-1550 calories per day. Your goal is more for a man then a woman.

"Who" told you to have 1800 calories? (what is the "it" you are referring to??)

If you eat your TDEE (calorie amount) you will maintain your current weight. Is that what you want to do? Or do you want to lose weight?

Your SP calorie range of 1200-1550 is for weight loss of about 1-2 pounds weekly.

What is TDEE? When using acronyms, it's important to identify them at least once for those who aren't familiar with them.

1200-1550 is the minimum safety range here; without knowing more about your program, it's uncertain whether that's appropriate for you. To help you, we need more information:

Its saying i should have Your Daily Goal 1,844 calories a day and someone said no i should have more then that TDEE and for here its saying i should have 1,200 - 1,550 calories a day so i just wondered if you just follow what it tells you on here or what TDEE tells you what you should have
