Have you been getting in your eight glasses of water *everyday*?

Have you been getting enough sleep?

Are you switching up your routine so your body doesn't get used to it?

Are you literally dripping sweat?

These are questions I ask myself when I feel like I'm not getting anywhere.

You just keep pushing a little harder and you will get to your goal.

I started my exercise regime after my brother gave me a Wii for Christmas. I lost 20 pounds in the first 2 1/2 months, but then gained 10 back (for no apparent reason). Since then I've been stuck at that weight (give or take a pound or two a week). :(

maybe if you spike your intensity throughout your workout? Have you tried that?

if you have just started to exercise you could be building muscle which they say weighs more than fat
make sure you are eating enough calories as well too little can be bad for you just like too many

I exercise 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day... I eat healthy foods, small quantities... yet I have not lost a pound in the past 2 months. I have actually gained a pound or two.

I have talked to my doctor, he tells me to work out more and harder (which is not easily doable with my schedule.).

Any suggestions? Is something wrong with me?
