I started my exercise regime after my brother gave me a Wii for Christmas. I lost 20 pounds in the first 2 1/2 months, but then gained 10 back (for no apparent reason). Since then I've been stuck at that weight (give or take a pound or two a week). :(
maybe if you spike your intensity throughout your workout? Have you tried that?

if you have just started to exercise you could be building muscle which they say weighs more than fat make sure you are eating enough calories as well too little can be bad for you just like too many good luck you can do it you will do it
