Whenever I don't feel like moving, I read ~indygirl's blogs. Check this out. She has come SUCH a long way with many many health challenges......

I like to read success stories of people who have met their goal weight to stay motivated. I've found that I'm less motivated to go to the gym in the winter because I don't want to leave home in the evening, so I've been trying different exercise dvd's in the comfort of my living room. Stick with it - YOU CAN DO IT!!

hello so Ive been trying to go to the gym and workout and all that good stuff but i have no one around to keep me motivated to stay on track. I don't really have ppl to go workout with which really is a bummer. I just need help or advice on how to get my butt in gear.
