emoticon on the food tracker you can key in an ingredient such as chicken in the search tab and get many different ways to fix it .

Hi Dee, and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the recipe page here on spark, a lot of the recipes are amazing, you may even find healthier recipes for some of the food you really love but are really unhealthy. Use the team search bar and type in things like interests/hobbies or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

Hi, new to Spark, been at my new way of eating for about a month now and feeling good, loosing some weight and even some inches
But finding new meals and making them tasty is becoming a challenge
Tired of eating the same ol same ol
Help if you have any suggestions
