When you say medicine do you mean for physical health to lose weight or mental health? Those being out of align can make things tricky and some have varying side effects that can be interesting. Find what you like that's healthy and eat it. For me in the beginning it was water, colored bell peppers, apples and bananas. Eating those and exploring ways to cook those healthy and make small swaps helped a lot with produce and meats, protein.

What sort of food do you eat already? Meals should be focussed around fresh produce, whole grains, and lean protein.

What do you do at the gym? Do you incorporate strength training?

If you're active and exercising regularly 1200 calories actually might not be enough. Is that the amount the tracker here has given you?

I am active, I go to the gym.. . I wang to lose 20lbs.. I take meds.. for my goal im doing is 1200 calories... I just want someone to help me, what to eat, not to eat..

Can you give us some more information?

What do you eat? How many calories a day? Are you active? Do you exercise? How much weight do you want to lose?
