Abbie, I think I know what some of your questions are...

Photo: You can add a photo to your message board postings by editing your Spark Page and choosing a photo for "Profile Image".

Blog? Not sure if you wanted the diary sort of thing. On your Spark Page you can add a "Blog" which is like a diary, a stream of consciousness of what you're thinking or feeling today, to share with others.

I see you've got the weight tracker sorted.

You can track what you eat on your nutrition tracker. That's a button on the main page after logging in, in the first column.

well i need halp doing some thing on the spark page I'm new at this well trying to were i can put my picture in for my page and is there were u can write thing what u do a day like what u eat i have a weight thing i put on my page and not sure how to do that lol i really need help or make freinds on here so i get this diteing started for me right! not sure if i'm post thing right i just wanted to know if any one could help me thanks
