I found a biggest loser type group on here, they seem pretty active. you can search spark teams for groups and see how active they are, if they aren't that active you can always remove yourself from the group.

Something new I'm trying, hope it works for you. I meditate 10 mins a day (for now) and it seems to calm me down a little. How to do it - set a timer for your 10 min or however long (so you're not thinking about time), close your eyes, pay attention to the breath coming in and out of your body, concentrate on that exclusively. Don't let other thoughts enter your he'd (harder than it sounds).

Overeaters anonymous has chapters everywhere that hold free live meetings (I think live peer support is important). Not sure if you knew, just mentioning in case it helps.

Thanks vatrucker.how do i find this team is that the exact name of it..i want to check it out..Mrsclark you are not alone in this battle feel free to message me anytime.I think the problem with this site is that there are too many groups and teams so not many people posting on any of them.Maybe we should start our own..lol

I stuggle with getting online and sharing cause I'm tired after the day and right now I'm starting to feel depressed and about to break and trying not to.I stuggle with HARD CORE BINGE EATING and can really do bad damage to myself if I breakdown.Want to hear from others stuggling with being compulsive/binge eaters stuggling.I find none of my groups are active.Even if your still binging feel free to write me so I don't feel alone in this battle.

Hi can anyone tell me of a spark team or message board that is very active..i have joined several but i go back day after day and there is no or little activity.I have a lot of weight to lose and i need to come here daily for motivation and support but it is getting very boring with no one hardly posting that is on the same journey.I`m looking for a place to go that there is lots of daily activity.I am able to check in daily sometimes twice daily for a short amount of time.
