Your spark page is closed, so I cannot see if you joined any spark teams. That is the best way to find spark buddies. Many teams have fitness challenges going on right now.

To receive encouragement from spark buddies, people may provide it on a spark team challenge thread. But another way is through encouraging messages on spark pages. I suggest that you consider opening your spark page to visitors. Just be cautious about photos and personal information.

Hi all! I am in day 5 and really having difficulty to get up and exercise. Looking for people who could work together to motivate each other. Added to this is the issue of working with Fibromyalgia and RA so I need to start low and go slow as my doctor says.
