This is only a guess at my end. When you are exercising all the blood flow is going to the working muscles. You might not be getting enough of a blood flow to you neck head area. I know cyclists myself included after a long ride we feel light headed for the same reason that we don't have enough blood flow there.

I would still consult your Dr. and tell him the symptoms and see what he has to say.

When exercising you have to just keep moving one foot at a time.

I only was able to do 20 minutes because of this and I did light, low impact exercise (walk away the pounds). I only did the leg movements, not the arms.
I was told by my dr. office it was okay to do light exercise. Is it normal to experience the itchy, prickly feeling when getting back into exercising?
