Hi my name is Jamie! I have been a beach body coach for a year but never really worked a program knowing that I needed to lose weight. I drank my shakes every day but stil att garbage and quit working out. Well I recently started a new beach body program that only takes half an hour (my excuse was always that working out took to much time) I have stuck with it consistently for 3 weeks and lost 3 lbs!!! I really just want to meet others who are struggling with consistent clean eating and exercise! I would like to help motivate and be motivated by others. I also just have a burning desire to succeed and want to meet others like me :)
