AWESOME job on your weight loss! that's a lot of hard work!
i have hit a plateau for the past 4 weeks and have kept on with the working out and eating right - i'm just hoping at some point my body will respond and the scale will move. it helps that i do feel some muscles under the jiggle - i'm with you though - can't wait for the sunshine and the pool!
Plateaus are frustrating, but it sounds like you have the right attitude... Maybe change up your exercise routine - try something new and see if it's a breakthrough. Or, change up your diet. If you've been eating the same things, try incorporating new recipes or healthy foods.
The other thing to keep in mind is: the less weight you have to lose the slower it comes off. So, you may have to reset your expectations after losing a significant amount of weight.
It will all come off in time. Just keep up the good work!

What about your diet or exercise plan could you change? Sounds like your body is tired of the same old, same old. Is there another healthy food you could add, something you could take away, or another exercise you could try?

I've been using SP off n on since 2008. Since then I've lost 130+ lbs.!!!!! I seem to have hit a plateau. I'm not gonna get upset. I'm just gonna wait for warm weather to get back in my pool!!!
