my regret.. not being willing to commit sooner to being healthy in every way..... not taking the time for myself instead of being too busy.

I think I was in denial. LOL I knew for the most part what it meant to be healthy, eat right and exercise. But I'm not quite sure what finally clicked. I'm just glad it did! B/c I agree, if I would have known then what I know now life would have been a lot easier on many, many levels!!! Let's go get our health on!! :)

i did not know of this healthy habit much earlier in life. It would have saved me a lot.
