HI, just joined this community. Looking for some supportive people to help me get this started. I have struggled with weight all my life, and I really think I am at my heaviest at this time in my life, and I don't like it. I have a hard time sticking to an exercise regimen. I eat pretty healthy as it is, but would like to be able to be even healthier. I am a single mom of three boys and I just can't keep up with them:( I currently smoke, but would love to quit. Help!!
