I want to introduce myself first, I am Lynn... I am here to get support for weight loss, strengthening and conditioning, and insomnia help. I am just off of crutches after 5 months and both my legs are actually really out of shape as I had small breaks on both legs so have had boot on left ankle and brace on right leg. I want to build my endurance but realize I have to take it slowly to start out with this so that I don't re injure my legs. My goals are still in the formation pattern, as I was just cleared from the crutches yesterday. I am working with a physical therapist and a trainer starting next week to get me started on some of the proper exercises for me. But I have been swimming laps for the last 2 months.
