Just starting out here. I race track bikes and had an accident, broken clavecal, scapula, five ribs and collapsed lung, so obviously this season is over lol. Sitting around for four weeks (so far) gives one lots of time to reconsider things and try to re-organize. Being 50, one of the causes, among many, was being out of my usual shape at the beginning of the season, so this place is one of my changes.
Anyway, so a technical question. Is there a way to remove the suggested meal plan from the tracker? I can not seem to find away to remove it, it is no big deal but it clutters up the tracker and I have my own low insulin diet I am trying to follow (that I fell off of).
