Motivation can ebb and flow everyday depending on a lot of circumstances. i find that going through my motivational journal helps remind me why I do all this. I cut pictures, exercises, recipes, quotes etc out and put them in a journal. Have you ever tried anything like that?
Some of my favorite magazines are Oxygen, Clean Eating, Yoga Journal, Muscle & Fitness Hers.

Congratulations on those blood tests !! Being "normal" is a wonderful thing ! You've decreased your risk for heart disease, diabetes, cancer, etc...
What you're feeling is perfectly normal. We all have days like this. Would you like to have a piece of chocolate ? Spark People has never been about deprivation. It's all about moderation and portion control. Yes, even a couple of pieces of chocolate CAN be a part of a healthy lifestyle as long as you are mindful of the portion. Sit and savor that chocolate. don't inhale it like a Hoover or you will end up overeating it. Let is dissolve in your mouth. Enjoy the favor. Enjoy the sensation. No one will think less of you if you have a small portion.
A person should never feel guilty for wanting to have a treat. If you know you've been eating right most of the time, it really is okay to have a treat now and then. I can't imagine living a life where I couldn't eat something because I was worried it would make me fat. that's not healthy.
If you'd like a piece of chocolate. have a piece. If you're just feeling a little low today, how about a walk around the neighborhood ? I find walking a great way to reduce stress and relax.

I know I used to have it. And it's gone. Just saw my doctor--she is thrilled with my progress so far, and my blood tests came back normal, which is great, and I should be feeling motivated.
And I'm not. At all. I just want to sit here and eat chocolate. Lots of chocolate.
