First, I love NIGHTSKYSTAR 's response! But I wanted to add that if you want to sleep, that is not all bad...sleep! But, if it really doesn't help, then be "mindless"... Take your mind off things...read, crosswords, watch a comedy, meditate, listen to music that gets you MOVIN...and move to it, if you can! Otherwise, write it out in a journal, read self help books aimed at your stress...you can handle this!!! Take control!
