thanks guys, I think you're right and little steps are the way to go I've been thinking about doing all at the same time and found that hard but little by little seems more sensible

Often, people who have been on a holiday find it difficult to get back on the wagon. What I suggest you do is to start again with baby steps, changing one or two things at a time. You will find that in no time at all, you will be back on course.

I think if you keep at it, you'll get where you want to be. I fell off the wagon awhile ago. It's taken some time of gradually reinstituting good habits. But I think we'll get there one step at a time if we don't give up.
