I have tired to lose in the past and lost and then gained and lost and gained.
THis time is different. I'm making BETTER choices AND making them FOR LIFE. That being said, I screw up. In the past, when I screwed up, it totally derailed me. I gained the weight back. NOw, I just get back to it!

I read something on here that talked about motivation and how you don't just have it or not. Basically we have to give ourselves permission to flub up and that doesn't mean to throw the whole thing away because of a mistake. That's what I keep telling myself and it seems to be working!
