This is only my 3rd day but I wanted to say hang in there. I'm going through major depression and so far this has really helped me. I'm almost 70 and I did my first 20 min yoga exercise last night. I'm not sure if that will motivate or horrify you when you imagine what I must look like. For an even better idea I actually took off my top and did it in just my bra. If doesn't get you motivate they say laughing is really good for you. Good luck

I have changed my mindset completely, it used to be I exercised for weight loss only. I now look at it as staying healthy. Most people who have lived a long life, credit staying active, and moving as one of the reasons they live so long. So I am going to keep moving, as much as I can, and if I lose some lb's in the process yeah for me!!! Every little bit counts, stand up and walk in place with the remote in your hand if necessary!!
Attitude is everything so pick a good one!!

How long do you want to live? That's what keeps going through my mind. God will take me when it's my time whether I'm fat or thin, but I would sure love to be healthy enough to enjoy the time I have left. Just keep Sparkin'!!1

Get moving that's the goal for me. I can always find a reason to stay put. So I'm hoping some of you can help me get motivated and take the remote out of my hand
