When I lose 10 pounds I am going to get a full deep body massage.I lost 4 since last 4/30/13 I started walking & eating healthier, I am a night eater so I switched to raw vegetables at night. Judy

At 10# down, I got myself a funky silver necklace, which can be worn alone (actually I'm wearing it in my profile pic, I just noticed!), or you can attach these detachable charms to it. It's my intention that for each additional 10# lost, I will add one charm. I'm getting close to buying that 3rd charm! I'm just doing it as sort of a "record"... plus it's pretty :)

yes I do. I use it for goals I set for myself . Like 2 months without chocolate or 3 months without trail mix. I get myself little things like 10 bucks in downloaded music or a 10 dollar pair of earrings.

Long term I have a little black dress I bought hanging on the wall in my exercise room. Short term I get a happy dance every time I do well. Hubbie waltz's with me sometimes if I have had success, maybe a carefully planned treat that you have been craving. For instance, we went out for a small soft serve ice cream.

A manicure for every month that I work out at least 5 days a week New work pants for every 10 lbs as I go down a size. Going to a play for every month that I eat well 90% of the time. A massage for when I'm sore from working out.

UH YEAH...I BOUGHT A DRESS FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT THIS WEEK...ONLY 1 REALLY FIT ME OUT OF 20 I TRIED ON...I LAUGHED AT THE FUN I HAD IN LOOKING REDICULOUS! BUT IT MOTIVATED ME TO LIMIT MYFOODS WITH FATS & CARBS, DRINK 4-8 CUPS OF BOTTLED WATER, & EXERCISE TO A DVD CARDIO ROUTINE VIDEO!

I bought myself a childs plastic piggy bank at a dollar store. As a reward, I try to place at least one dollar, or whatever I can afford at the time, in it for every lb lost. When I reach my goal, I plan on splurging and buying something nice for myself or enjoying a day out with my daughter..
I have a motivation gift in mind for myself and that is an iphone. I can get it for 97 cents at Walmart because it is time for me to upgrade. I will pay more for the internet though as I do not use that currently on the phone I use now. I plan on getting internet on a family plan. I also plan on posting some photos on here finally.

there was a t-shirt I really wanted, but it was kind of pricey. I don't spend $20 on a tee (well, I might as a gift, but not for me). So I decided that when I set a new PR or placed in my age group the next 5k I ran, I could order the shirt. And I did.
