I use the nutrition tracker and check everything off. It says I should have between 1200 and 1550 cals a day and I am in that range. I hope it is muscle.
Not 100% sure but maybe its muscle? Are you eating correctly? Make sure and write down EVERYTHING you eat. I used to diet without writing it down and I thought I was doing so good but when I started writing everything down I was completely shocked. I was eating entirely too many calories. How many calories are you eating each day?

I've stuck to the spark diet given to me for 2 weeks. I go to the gym at lunch for an hour and always meet or slightly exceed my cardio goal as well as complete weight portion. I have lost 0lbs and gained 2.
