I am a 44 year old mom of two young boys. I have cyclothymia, which is a very soft form of bi-polar. My moods cycle up and down. I don't get the really big highs, but I do get pretty low-depressed. I am on Abilify and Lexapro. So far for the past few weeks I have been at a good medium functional place. I joined a gym and Sparkpeople oping to lose about 25 lbs. My worry is when I go down hill. How to keep motivated when I just don't feel like doing this stuff.
I hope my meds will keep me in a happy place, but I'm always waiting for the "other shoe to drop"

Thanks.
