There's one flavor, peach-mango, that has a really strange after taste to me. But the Sweet Tea...Love it!!! If it gets you to drink water, enjoy.

I like the Hawaiian punch singles more than Mio. But what ever gets a person to drink more water is whats important.

I love the sweet tea flavor Mio, but I don't like my drinks too sweet; I only add a drop or two. One package of it lasts me a long time; it says 24 servings per package but I get at least 50 out of mine.
i live in dc, and the taste of the water here has actually significantly affected my intake thereof. giving mio a try this week!

I bought mio to try it, but detested it. I do use Propel powder sometimes, but generally just prefer water. The mio was too sweet and left an artificial sugar taste in my mouth.

I wouldn't add stuff to the water, and I tried some of the vitamen waters, didn't care for those. I buy a particular brand of bottled water, and find i actually crave that water once I get started in the morning. Mio is probably not bad for you though.

I have a hard time drinking water too. Sometimes I add a little lemon juice and Splenda to my water to get it down.
