when i'm wicked crazy, i just hand wrote and then logged at the end of the week.

"messing up" is putting a lot of pressure on yourself to be super woman! :-)

Do your best, and know it's your best and go from there!

I'm a pretty faithful logger and have been doing this for YEARS.

But I was sick yesterday and messed up too. It happens. Just get back on track as soon as you can!

Do you ever log ahead of time? Sometimes I plan my meals the night before and that is very helpful in staying organized and on track.

You didn't mess up - that's just how life is sometimes.

Log whenever you get the chance (even if it's later tonight, or on a 10 minute break log what you can), and just try to make the best choices you can through the day. I have often found that even on those crazy days, I still end up falling within my ranges a lot of the time - because of what I've learned over the years here!
