All spark entries are "ready to eat" unless stated otherwise. So meat is cooked, rice and pasta is boiled not dry, etc.

If it doesn't specifically say, it's for cooked. Some of the entries will say "raw" though, those are for raw meat.

Are the measurements for meat in the database for cooked or raw meat? It makes a lot of difference what is used.
