if you are using the info already in the tracker, it is for cooked meat, unless the entry that you are using specifically states that it is raw. if you want to weight raw [and if you do be sure you are thou thoroughly washing whatever you are using to measure] you can head to a site like nutritiondata.com and find out the raw information, enter that as a new food and input your raw measurement with that info.
