Those are being measured in grams and the only way you could equate those to another measurement is in ounces. It's difficult to take a weighted measurement and turn it into a measurement say in cups. The ounce equivalent of 65g is 2.3 ounces and 50g is 1.8 ounces. If you have a scale with either of those measurements, you can use that to measure those items. Otherwise, you may want to post a comment on that particular recipe and hopefully the person that entered that recipe will post back letting you know an approximate amount for you to be able to use for those ingredients.

I found a recipe on the Sparks recipe facebook page Garden salad with beets and blueberries I can't figure the measurements out it calls for 65g romaine lettuce 50g roasted beets could some one tell what these measurements are equally to
