The major points of information will be the calories, carbs, fats and proteins. As long as you enter those four, if you can get any further information off the label that's a bonus. You do not have to fill out every box.

Fill in the boxes for what information you have. Leave the rest blank, they aren't required information to submit the data.
It is understood that user-provided entries in the database (if you choose to share it) is not as complete as the entries where the information is pulled from the USDA database. And will more often than not only contain what's on the back of the box.

I tried to manually enter my food but it wanted so much information that i didnt have i could only enter what was on packaging how do i do this im confused x

My journey begins now,ive learned that its not a diet its a life style change so now im looking forward to my new life.
