early family dinner...settling in for cozy friday night
no exercise today...darn
did not overeat re quantity but twice ate too sweet

allergy ...cold...either or makes it hard to stay focused
get some rest and keep the faith

I'M TRYING! Believe me I really am.. Seems hard, I seem to have some sort of allergy that acts up more at night than day..Some kind of cold if not an allergy. I may not be use to what ever it is here that wasn't in my other apartment. (Shrugs shoulders) just not sure yet.

Inches Inches Inches lost are more important to me than pounds... :) well POUNDS ARE STILL IMPORTANT NOT AS MUCH AS INCHES THOSE SHOW THE REAL PROGRESS AND THAT IS A HEALTHIER WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT!!

day 3 for me and woke up still motivated
lanning to polish the house this am
make some apptments
walk this pm
have an information booth to man and present tonight
co ordinating two children events

hi
i meant that i do care about presetation of food to my family but often short change myself
and now i am going to take time to present to myself as well
and planning my days especially for the greyness of november is a definite goal
busily happily occupied should stop me from oopening the fridge and staring in even when im not hungry
i had a good day agakn today and both food and exercise worked out well

You have a great plan, and it's really good that you realize how much you end up rushing. I think I like the idea of "structured pleasant accomplished days."
Were you saying that you will present great food to your family but shortchange yourself? Or did something not quite type through? Hopefully some of the great recipes you find for your healthy goals will also be hits for them. The pleasures of the plate are important for you and for your holiday memories, too. Now you will be focusing on lightening some of those favorites so that not only you but everyone in the family can be healthier.

i just read there are 7 more mondays till christmas.
wow
i plan to use those seven weeks toget healthy and enjoy this upcoming cold season
first on the agenda is to keep blood sugar levels neatly in th 5 to 7 area
do this by loosing weight and improving sleepmpatterns.
as well i want to enjoy and savour everything i eat.....search out recipes and meal plans that are enticing.....presentation of my meals will also be part of the plan..... make the presentationf food
a priority for the family...but short change myself
iwant to eat to live...not live to eat
i want to focus on what im doing and keep busy and happily entertained to avoid eating from boredom....for something to do
i ususlly stay busy.....no me time.....but many days i find i am rushing from task to task and not enjoying what i am doing....reving on high

so in summary
loose weight
eat well
sleep emphasis
structured pleasant accomplished days
regulate diabetes welll
all doable
