Take your time recovering.....keep eating right like you have and you should be fine.

Last year I rushed a back sprain and I had to spend even more time recovering than I should've.

My knee is still hurt, 2 weeks now, but i haven't gained. i miss working out but i can't with this knee. sports injuries...boo!
