try using a brand name for guesstimation purposes-- sara lee, oscar meyer, buddig. i know all of them make the items. You may be able to have better luck that way.
then when you get home, you can check the package and enter the info from the label.

You ask at the counter and they give you a pamphlet with the info in it. Make sure you go by weight as well because how it is sliced can make a difference.

Its roast beef and black pepper turkey don't have a brand name wasn't with wifey when she got it lol

what kind of meat is it? Try putting like "beef lunchmeat" or "turkey lunchmeat" into the tracker and see what you get.

Hi all I have a question and I'm not sure this is the right place for it I apologize if its not. I'm just sitting done for lunch tday and trying to do the calorie count for my tracker on here and I've encountered a bit of a snag, there's no calorie info on lunchmeat bags like from walmart what do you do in this case or how do ya improvise thank you
