I would say a green salad with no dressing to start you out, then a big bowl of vegetable soup (without noodles but with beans, if you can find one like that).
For me, salad is not very filling, but eating one before you eat your meal signals your brain that it's lunchtime so you start to feel full sooner. Vegetable soup has a high water content so you can feel full right after you eat it, plus the veggies and beans are packed with fiber that will help you feel full throughout the afternoon.

I like to do a lettuce and spinach salad (1 cup of each) with 2 oz of oscar meyer deli shaved lunch meat and add 1/4 cup of matchstick carrots, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of chopped apples, 1/2 cup of cucumbers and light italian dressing. The lunch meat is about 50 cals and the dressing is about 40 cals. of course the rest of the ingredients don't contain a lot of cals. Good luck!

Can you eat something high in fiber? I'd have a grain because it would fill me up. I had a cup of barley this morning (193 calories) with 1/4 cup of 0 fat milk. I did add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup. I can go three or four hours on that easily.
Salad itself never seems to full me up. If that is an option that works for you maybe have one with a boiled egg for some protein which will help you feel full longer.
