You only eat steak or chicken? How funny, I only eat steak or chicken when I'm cheating. My favorites are a bitter greens salad with sliced flanked steak, balsamic & oil. Another choice is one of those whole rotisserie chickens, I cut off part of the breast & serve it with Dijon mustard to dip it in, on a mixed greens salad. I used to make this kind of sauce similar to Cuban picadillo with lean ground turkey breast, capers, olives & canned diced tomatoes that I topped steamed broccoli or other vegetables with. 6 egg whites sprinkled with feta & sun dried tomatoes, wrapped around steamed asparagus. I think there are unlimited options with scrambled egg whites, and Asian cookbooks have a lot of low calorie recipes that include meats.

Grilled Tilapia and Pineapple Salsa

6 Tilapia Filets with old bay seasoning
1 pineapple
1 jalapeno
1 red onion
1 bunch cilantro

Grill tilapia filets on George Foreman for 4-7 minutes.
Chop the rest of the ingrediants and combine

This was very delicious served with broccoli. It would also be good as a fish taco. Under 200 calories for one filet and a tbsp of salsa.

I am hooked on this veggie sausage pizza - recipe here: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta

Also, for breakfast I love to have the Thomas mini wheat bagel with the new Weight Watcher Jalapeno Cheese spread and a Morningstar Farm Veggie sausage. (220 calories)

my husband and I love the Turkey Wraps from Costco food court but 810 calories per emoticon
We instead make our own at home using Costco's turkey slices, an 8" flour tortilla, baby spinach leaves, sliced tomatoes, bell peppers and mustard for him with 2 tsp. mayo for mine. The calories are about 230 depending on whether you use the mayo or mustard. Super fillin and tastes great too.

Try using the advanced search options on sparkrecipes.com. You can narrow down by number of calories, low-fat, time to prep and cook, type of food, course. Then you get member ratings and ideas for each recipe as suggestions to help decide if it's worth trying.

Chicken and salsa is one of my personal faves. For DH and daughter I serve it with sour cream and cheese. That way they can make a wrap with it. Me, I love it with brown rice.

If you watch your portions, you can have steak and potatoes. Just make sure you add lots of low carb veggies and some fruit.

I put chicken breast in the crockpot and cover with salsa.
