You only eat steak or chicken? How funny, I only eat steak or chicken when I'm cheating. My favorites are a bitter greens salad with sliced flanked steak, balsamic & oil. Another choice is one of those whole rotisserie chickens, I cut off part of the breast & serve it with Dijon mustard to dip it in, on a mixed greens salad. I used to make this kind of sauce similar to Cuban picadillo with lean ground turkey breast, capers, olives & canned diced tomatoes that I topped steamed broccoli or other vegetables with. 6 egg whites sprinkled with feta & sun dried tomatoes, wrapped around steamed asparagus. I think there are unlimited options with scrambled egg whites, and Asian cookbooks have a lot of low calorie recipes that include meats.
my husband and I love the Turkey Wraps from Costco food court but 810 calories per We instead make our own at home using Costco's turkey slices, an 8" flour tortilla, baby spinach leaves, sliced tomatoes, bell peppers and mustard for him with 2 tsp. mayo for mine. The calories are about 230 depending on whether you use the mayo or mustard. Super fillin and tastes great too.
