Being healthy is the best!! Congratulations on the lower readings! I, too, have a WOO HOO because mine is down. I was borderline diabetic and my glucose went from 111 to 91. I've lost 12.5 pounds in 3 months. Not a lot, but I never want to go back! This is the last time I'm saying bye to that fat and all the fat-lettes to follow!

I am a type 2 diabetic and have had to really change my eating and exercising habits. I have lost 62 pounds since starting this several years ago but really struggle with the exercise bit - bad knee. My sugar has dropped from 242 to 138 this morning. I feel soooooooooooo much better.

That is so wonderful! Inner health feels so good, doesn't it? Keep up the good eating and exercise habits and keep a log of them (if you don't already) and you will come up with a recipe to keep you in those 90's all the time!

I have Type 2 Diabetes. I eat well almost all the time, and am working for low glucose readings. Last night I had a reading of 92. Woo Hoo! More good readings and great health to come!
