Use Spaghetti Squash for those pasta or rice cravings!!! So easy to cook and it's so good you will never want pasta again! AND one cup is less than 75 calories!!!

Pork is fairly inexpensive right now. Just take a pork loin roast and roast it in the oven or grill with a spice rub. Pork is just as versatile as chicken breast, but a little less expensive. To cut the fat stick to the loin pieces (white).
For carbs, look at Quinoa or Couscous. When you cook, just boil in chicken stock and add some seasoning, tumaric or lemon juice.

Make a chicken stir fry !
sauté chicken with your favorite veggies
add a few tablespoons of Polaner sugar free apricot preserves, it is only 10 calories per tablespoon and makes a nice sauce !!

If your kids are old enough, have them help you chop veggies ( with a butter knife ).
Kids will eat what they help make!!

I am eating a low carb diet and also on a budget and want some new ideas to mix into my dinner rotation. I would love any ideas especially child friendly ones. Please help me
