Ya a lot of people think it will be too hard for them, but you'd be surprised what your body can handle. Once the program started I loved how challenging it was. At least I knew every time I pressed play I wasn't wasting my time.

I thought it'd be hard, but it's only medium hard. i've lost 20 lbs, my shoulders r stronger, my legs r stronger, i feel better. I'm getting use to being hungry and i'm starting to like it. hang in there, it took all year to do! i like wii fit too, for my days off of insanity.
