Hi there-I have been using Spark People since January, but am just being brave enough to post! This site is amazing! My goal for 2013 was to look after me and to set a goal. I am participating in a mini triathlon in July and wanted to become healthier and lose some weight while I was at it! I have been fairly faithful to tracking my fitness daily, and I am using the menus provided by Spark People, with some occasional tweaking or a recipe from my Biggest Loser Cookbook or comfort food diet cookbook. As of today I have lost 20 lbs!
Yesterday I started the SP running program-loving it!
For those of you just starting-everything you need for success is on this site-use it and you will be successful!!
