Happy to be creating a support system for myself via Spark. I saw the team name and felt it totally fit where I'm at! Just barely over 50, 50 to lose, although the goal I have sets it at 45! 50 weeks is a great healthy way to do it. I am almost 12 yrs post bariatric surgery and kept extremely active and fit at -175 lbs (that's 175 LOST after lowest lost) solid until 2 surgeries knocked me down. But in the end I'm jumping, lol well, creaking back into line to gain back my sense of self and positivity.
