I lost one whole pound! I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but for me that's pretty awesome. I did really well from august to november, and then in november hit a plateau. I gained and lost 3 pounds since then, but this is the first real actual progress towards my goal since november.
It can get extremely frustrating that everything seems to be 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, but it's very rewarding when I actually can get that 1 step in there.
